We may collect information regarding your mobile device such as device settings, unique device identifiers, information about your location, and analytical information that may assist with diagnostics and performance. This information may be collected when you use certain services that are dependent on your mobile device’s location (such as the location of an ATM or in store transactions).
Bank Forward Digital Banking App
For your convenience, Bank Forward offers you the ability to access some of our products and services through mobile applications and mobile-optimized websites. When you interact with us through mobile devices, we may collect information such as unique device identifiers for your mobile device, your screen resolution and other device settings, information about your location, and analytical information about how you use your mobile device. We may ask your permission before collecting certain information such as location services to locate a branch or ATM, access to the camera for mobile deposits, or access to your contacts for person to person payments.
