We’re Live! Our New Digital Banking System Launches Today!

Before 2020, our Bank Forward team began work on a new and improved digital banking platform. These past months have reinforced the importance of our digital connections and make the launch of our new system today even more exciting.

Our goal throughout this project has been to find ways to make your banking life easier. You will be able to experience a streamlined system that offers you the opportunity to do your banking virtually anytime and anywhere from your computer or mobile device. You can view your account history, transfer funds easily between accounts, pay bills, make mobile check deposits, make a person-to-person payment with FwdPay and use our new Personal Financial Management tools to help you budget and manage your money in one place.

We have also enhanced security within the system. We now use secure access codes and offer a wide variety of alerts that help you monitor things such as low balances, invalid login attempts, and transaction alerts, to name a few.

We know change can be challenging, but we are here for you. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 877.689.1783. We have extended our customer service hours starting today (October 6th) through Friday (October 9th), 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., and Saturday, October 10th, 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. We also have interactive user
guides, video tutorials, and helpful FAQs available on our website for our personal and business customers.
