Bank Forward and Insure Forward are pleased to announce the promotion of Heidi Gustafson to Senior Loan Technician and Makell Sahlberg to Customer Service Manager.

Heidi works in the Walker office and has been with Bank Forward for 14 years. In her new role as Senior Loan Technician, Heidi will provide administrative support to the lending team through customer service, preparing loan documents, and maintaining loan files.

Makell joined the Insure Forward team in 2012 and works in the Fargo agency. She has earned a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation and is licensed for property and casualty insurance in Minnesota and North Dakota. In her new role as Customer Service Manager, Makell will oversee the Customer Service Agents in Fargo.
