Carr, Bollingberg and Bruer Promoted at Bank Forward

Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Carr to Bank Secrecy Act Analyst, Samantha Bollingberg to Deposit Operations Manager, and Carla Bruer to Personal Banking Supervisor.

Michelle, a graduate of Jamestown College, has been with Invest Forward in Carrington since 2013. She started as an Investment Assistant and has most recently held the title of Registered Assistant. As the Bank Secrecy Act Analyst, Michelle will assist the Bank Secrecy Act Officer in developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program components for Bank Forward. She will continue to work out of the Carrington branch.

Samantha began her career with Bank Forward in 2014 as a Personal Banker in Carrington and has recently held the title of Personal Banking Supervisor. In her new role as Deposit Operations Manager, Sam, a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, will be responsible for developing and maintaining all policies and procedures related to Personal Bankers within the Bank Forward organization. She will continue to work out of the Carrington branch.

Carla has been with Bank Forward since 2011 when she started as a Personal Banker. In her new role, Carla leads the team of Personal Bankers in Bowdon and Carrington. She works directly with customers processing transactions and directing them to other products and services that meet their needs. She currently is and will continue to work at both the Bowdon and Carrington branches.
