Deposit Operations Manager - Fargo, ND

Opening for a full-time Deposit Operations Manager to join our Operations Department. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining all policies and procedures related to Personal Bankers. Main job duties will include maintaining control over key areas of Teller Differences, Operational Losses, Audit Control Procedures, Resolution of out-of-balance conditions, Quarterly and Annual Audit functions, and Preparing/Submitting Currency Transaction Reports. The position will serve as the main point of contact for Personal Banking Supervisors for communication and training. Maintaining training tracks, on-site training, new employee training guides, and customer service training are also crucial roles in this position. This position requires a degree in education, training, business, finance, accounting, or similar field, along with four years of banking experience in the operations field.

Mortgage Loan Officer - Jamestown, ND

Bank Forward in Jamestown, ND has an opening for a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer. Position will be responsible for developing and retaining Real Estate relationships while ensuring loan quality and deposit growth for the bank. Responsibilities will include assessing client’s financial needs and providing product expertise; developing loans, deposit accounts, other fee generating services and extending credit. Also ensure that loans meet established lending policies and requirements, comply with applicable laws/regulations, and provide maximum profitability to the bank with minimum risk.

Position requires a degree in business, finance, accounting or the equivalent in work experience and 3-5 years of lending experience with demonstrated skills in sales/marketing. Previous experience with outbound selling, prospecting and referral development preferred.

Loan Technician - Fargo, ND

Bank Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Loan Technician to provide support to the lending team through customer service, preparing loan documents, maintaining loan files, and processing a variety of deposit and loan-related transactions. Position requires an associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with loan documentation preferred.

Personal Banker (Teller) - Fargo, ND

Our Fargo, ND location has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker (Teller) position. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in bank or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

Compliance Officer - Fargo, ND

Bank Forward has an opening for a full time Compliance Officer to join our Risk Management Department in our Fargo Administrative Office. This position is responsible for maintaining the bank-wide regulatory compliance efforts for Bank Forward.

Must be a leader and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, to include written and oral communication. Accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and listening skills required. Proficiency in financial compliance laws and regulations. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Effective time management, project management, and organizational skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is preferred. Four years of bank compliance experience required. Participation in a program of continuing education is required to maintain the competency and efficiency required of this position.
