Payroll Specialist – Fargo, ND
Bank Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Payroll Specialist. Primary responsibilities will include the preparing, processing and reporting of payroll. Other duties will include recruiting and staffing, general HR administration, and employee relations.
Position requires the general knowledge of employment law and an understanding of HR policies and procedures. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, and have extensive problem solving skills. Must be able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Accounting, general ledger, and payroll knowledge is preferred.
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of three years human resources experience or the equivalent in related work experience.

Insure Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Agent to assist agents in the servicing and quoting of personal lines insurance accounts. Primary responsibilities will include supporting customers with policy service needs, maintaining current and new business accounts, and relationships with insurance carriers.
We desire an outgoing individual who has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and possesses strong communication, computer, problem solving and organizational skills. Bank Forward in Bemidji, MN has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker. Hours would be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm, with rotating Saturday shifts. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in bank or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. We desire a professional customer service orientated individual who enjoys working with the public. High school diploma or GED required.
