Loan Technician

Bank Forward in Valley City, ND has an opening for a full-time Loan Technician to provide support to the residential real estate lending team through customer service, preparing loan documents, maintaining loan files, and processing a variety of deposit and loan-related transactions. Prior experience with loan documentation requirements preferred.

Must possess analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communications skills as well as proven customer service skills. Must be able to work under minimal supervision and be able to multi-task while handling sensitive and confidential situations. Must be able to interact with coworkers and the general public in a professional manner. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs are preferred. Position requires an associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of related experience or training preferred.
