Tax Forward has an opening for a full-time Tax Accountant in Jamestown, ND. This position will perform general accounting & payroll duties as well as provide compliance, research and planning of tax services and tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations. Experience in Agriculture is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and tax experience in a public or business setting required. CPA designation is preferred but not required.
Mortgage Quality Control Specialist - Fargo, ND or Grand Forks, ND
Bank Forward has an opening for a full-time Mortgage Quality Control Specialist. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality control program that complies with bank and investor guidelines. Primary responsibilities will be to perform quality control reviews of mortgage loans, reverifications, prepare written reports, coordinate quality control reviews, and recommend corrective action for defects to ensure loans are in compliance. Will be responsible for knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, as well as complying with banking laws and regulations.
Position requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of mortgage experience required, including knowledge of loan operations, origination, documentation, processing, and real estate in general. Position may require travel during initial training period.

Primary responsibilities will include supporting customers with policy service needs, maintaining current, renewal and new business accounts and maintaining underwriting relationships with insurance carriers. We desire an outgoing individual who has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and possesses strong communication, computer, problem solving and organizational skills.
