Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent - Fargo, ND or Grand Forks, ND
Insure Forward in Grand Forks, ND is excited to add a full-time Customer Service Agent to our team of professionals. As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist agents in the servicing and quoting of commercial lines insurance accounts. Primary responsibilities will include supporting customers with policy service needs, maintaining current, renewal and new business accounts and maintaining underwriting relationships with insurance carriers. Must be licensed or willing to obtain property and casualty licenses. Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
Internal Auditor- Fargo, ND
Bank Forward in Fargo, ND is excited to add a full-time Internal Auditor to our team of professionals. This position is primarily responsible for timely and accurately performing audits of Bank and Insure Departments for all locations. Perform audits and update audit procedures as needed in accordance with IIA standards. Prepare audit reports and conduct follow-up on findings and recommendations. Also coordinate Audit Risk Assessment and submit annual audit plan.
A four-year degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or related field, and a minimum of two years of accounting experience required. Additional certifications such as CPA, CIA or CCBIA encouraged. Participation in a program of continuing education is required to maintain the competency and professionalism required of the internal audit position.
