Insurance Sales Agent – Fargo, ND

Insure Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Insurance Sales Agent. Responsibilities will include the sales and service of Insure Forward products, developing new business, maximizing existing customer relationships and promoting the agency through community involvement.

We desire an outgoing individual who has excellent interpersonal, sales and customer service skills. Must possess strong time management and organizational skills. Must be licensed in Property & Casualty or willing to obtain licenses. Previous experience working in the insurance industry preferred.

Teller Training Coordinator – Fargo, ND

Bank Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Teller Training Coordinator. Hours would be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Position is responsible for developing, coordinating and monitoring training throughout the operations department. Oversees direct customer service on the operations team by ensuring everyone is trained appropriately and that daily operations are conducted in a manner consistent with bank policy, procedures and customer service standards.

Loan Technician - Jamestown, ND

Bank Forward in Jamestown, ND has an opening for a full-time Loan Technician to provide support to the lending team through customer service, preparing loan documents, maintaining loan files, and processing a variety of deposit and loan-related transactions.

Position requires an associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with loan documentation preferred.

Must be able to multi-task while handling sensitive and confidential information. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs are preferred. Must possess analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communications skills.

Personal Banker (Teller) - Valley City, ND

Bank Forward in Valley City, ND has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker. Hours would be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with rotating Saturday shifts of 8:15am-12:15pm. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in bank or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

Personal Banker (Teller) - Grand Forks, ND

Bank Forward in Grand Forks, ND has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker. Hours would be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm, with rotating Saturday shifts. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in bank or retail involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

Bank Forward in Bemidji, MN has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker. Hours would be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm, with rotating Saturday shifts. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously.
