Administrative Assistant - Tax Forward - Jamestown, ND

Tax Forward has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in Jamestown, ND. This position will provide administrative support by serving as the first point of contact for customers of Tax Forward. This position will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, assisting with scheduling and preparation of meetings, and assisting with special projects as necessary.

Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and be able to perform independently and in a team environment. Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. Previous customer service and/or administrative assistant experience preferred

Personal Lines Customer Service Agent - Grand Forks, ND

Insure Forward in Grand Forks, ND has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Agent to assist agents in the servicing and quoting of personal lines insurance accounts. Primary responsibilities will include supporting customers with policy service needs, maintaining current, renewal and new business accounts and maintaining underwriting relationships with insurance carriers. We desire an outgoing individual who has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and possesses strong communication, computer, problem solving and organizational skills. Must be licensed or willing to obtain property and casualty licenses. Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Fargo, ND

Position will be responsible for assisting mortgage loan officers by preparing and processing real estate loan documentation, ordering appraisals, title work, flood certifications, verifications, and obtaining other necessary documentation needed for the underwriting process. Incumbent will serve as a resource to the lending team ensuring documents are complete and compliant with all regulations and processing of early disclosures and closing packages. A working knowledge of laws and regulations related to processing mortgage loans is required. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs, and experience with Encompass LOS are preferred. Position may require travel for initial training. Associate’s Degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. One year of related experience or training preferred.

Residential Real Estate Loan Officer - Fargo, ND

Bank Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Residential Real Estate Loan Officer. Position will be responsible for developing and retaining Real Estate relationships while ensuring loan quality and deposit growth for the bank. Responsibilities will include assessing client’s financial needs and providing product expertise; developing loans, deposit accounts, other fee generating services and extending credit. Also ensure that loans meet established lending policies and requirements, comply with applicable laws/regulations, and provide maximum profitability to the bank with minimum risk. Position requires a degree in business, finance, accounting or the equivalent in work experience and 3-5 years of lending experience with demonstrated skills in sales/marketing. Previous experience with outbound selling, prospecting and referral development preferred.
