Compliance Officer - Fargo, ND

Bank Forward has an opening for a full time Compliance Officer to join our Risk Management Department in our Fargo Administrative Office. This position is responsible for maintaining the bank-wide regulatory compliance efforts for Bank Forward.

Must be a leader and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, to include written and oral communication. Accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and listening skills required. Proficiency in financial compliance laws and regulations.

Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Effective time management, project management, and organizational skills are essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is preferred. Four years of bank compliance experience required. Participation in a program of continuing education is required to maintain the competency and efficiency required of this position.
