Tax Accountant - Jamestown, ND

Tax Forward has an opening for a full-time Tax Accountant in Jamestown, ND. This position will perform general accounting & payroll duties as well as provide compliance, research and planning of tax services and tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations. Experience in Agriculture is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and tax experience in a public or business setting required. CPA designation is preferred but not required.

Personal Banker (Teller) - Jamestown, ND

Opening for a Personal Banker (Teller) position. This position can either be full-time or part-time. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in banking or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. We desire a professional customer service orientated individual who enjoys working with the public. High school diploma or GED required.

Mortgage Loan Processor- Fargo, Grand Forks, Valley City, or Jamestown, ND, or Bemidji, MN

Full-time position opening for a Mortgage Loan Processor. This position can be located in any of our Fargo, Grand Forks, Valley City, or Jamestown, ND, or Bemidji, MN locations. Position will be responsible for assisting mortgage loan officers by preparing and processing real estate loan documentation, ordering appraisals, title work, flood certifications,verifications, and obtaining other necessary documentation needed for the underwriting process. Incumbent will serve as a resource to the lending team ensuring documents are complete and compliant with all regulations and processing of early disclosures and closing packages.

A working knowledge of laws and regulations related to processing mortgage loans is required. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs, and experience with Encompass LOS are preferred. Position may require travel for initial training. Associate’s Degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. One year of related experience or training preferred.

Compliance Officer - Fargo, ND

Bank Forward has an opening for a full time Compliance Officer to join our Risk Management Department in our Fargo Administrative Office. This position is responsible for maintaining the bank-wide regulatory compliance efforts for Bank Forward.

Must be a leader and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, to include written and oral communication. Accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and listening skills required. Proficiency in financial compliance laws and regulations. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Effective time management, project management, and organizational skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is preferred. Four years of bank compliance experience required. Participation in a program of continuing education is required to maintain the competency and efficiency required of this position.
