Mortgage Loan Document Specialist- Fargo, ND; Grand Forks, ND; Jamestown, ND; or Bemidji, MN

Full-time position open in either our Fargo, ND; Grand Forks, ND; Jamestown, ND; OR Bemidji, MN location. Position will be responsible for assisting our mortgage loan team by preparing and processing real estate loan documents and disclosures, reviewing title work, floodcertifications, loan fees, verifications and anyother necessary documentation needed for our loan process. Incumbent will serve as a resource to the lending team ensuring documents are complete and compliant with all regulations and processing of early disclosures and closing packages. A working knowledge of laws and regulations related to processing mortgage loans is required. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs, and experience with Encompass LOS are preferred. Position may require travel for initial training. Associate’s Degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. One year of related experience or training preferred.

Personal Banker (Teller) - Jamestown, ND

Opening for a full-time Personal Banker. Hours would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a Saturday morning 8-noon rotation once a month. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in banking or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. We desire a professional customer service orientated individual who enjoys working with the public. High school diploma or GED required.
