Insurance Sales Agent – Fargo, ND

Insure Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Insurance Sales Agent. Responsibilities will include the sales and service of Insure Forward products, developing new business, maximizing existing customer relationships and promoting the agency through community involvement.

We desire an outgoing individual who has excellent interpersonal, sales and customer service skills. Must possess strong time management and organizational skills. Must be licensed in Property & Casualty or willing to obtain licenses. Previous experience working in the insurance industry preferred.

Personal Banker (Teller) – Grand Forks, ND

Training Coordinator – Fargo, ND

Bank Forward has an opening for a Training Coordinator. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs to achieve our strategic goals across our four industries. This position will manage projects, work with management, and prepare effective training materials using a variety of tools and media. This will be done by approaching training in an innovative manner while collaborating with the leadership team to maintain a high level of training compliance for all employees.

Candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills, business and technical writing skills, as well as strong presentation skills. Must be detail oriented, have extensive problem solving skills, and be able to work independently and adapt to constant change. Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design theory preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Learning Management System software preferred.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field and a minimum of two to four years of training and development, project management, or equivalent in related work experience.
