Loan Review Officer - Fargo, ND

Bank Forward in Fargo is excited to add a full-time Loan Review Officer to our team of professionals. Hours would be Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Compensation starting at $75k annually, depending on experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; regular portfolio reviews based on risk and requests of the Audit Committee, ensures creditworthiness of loan portfolios, conducts independent reviews of the bank’s loan portfolio, assesses accuracy of the risk rating classifications. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three to five years of banking experience required.

Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent - Fargo, ND, Grand Forks, ND, or Bemidji, MN

Full-time Customer Service Agent is needed in one of the above listed locations. As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist agents in the servicing and quoting of commercial lines insurance accounts. Primary responsibilities will include supporting customers with policy service needs, maintaining current, renewal and new business accounts and maintaining underwriting relationships with insurance carriers. Must be licensed or willing to obtain property and casualty licenses. Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred.

Personal Banker (Teller) - Valley City, ND

Bank Forward in Valley City is excited to add a full-time Personal Banker (Teller) to our team of professionals. Hours would be Monday through Friday 8-5pm with a rotating Saturday morning shift. Compensation starting at $17.00/hr, depending on experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in banking or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. We desire a professional customer service orientated individual who enjoys working with the public. High school diploma or GED required.
