Mortgage Loan Processor - Bemidji, MN
Full-time position opening for a Mortgage Loan Processor. Position will be responsible for assisting mortgage loan officers by preparing and processing real estate loan documentation, ordering appraisals, title work, flood certifications,verifications, and obtaining other necessary documentation needed for the underwriting process. Incumbent will serve as a resource to the lending team ensuring documents are complete and compliant with all regulations and processing of early disclosures and closing packages.
A working knowledge of laws and regulations related to processing mortgage loans is required. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs, and experience with Encompass LOS are preferred. Position may require travel for initial training. Associate’s Degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. One year of related experience or training preferred.

Bank Forward in Bemidji,MN has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker. Hours would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday morning 9-12 shift. Responsibilities include teller duties and paying functions; bookkeeping; cross selling banking products and services; responding to customer inquiries; and answering phones promptly and courteously. Past experience in banking or retail store involving customer interaction and cash handling is preferred. Invest Forward has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Agent/Administrative Assistant in Bagley, MN. This position will be the first point of contact for Invest and Insure Forward Bagley and provide assistance to Invest and Insure clients. Work with team members in new business and servicing existing individual and group clients with their investment and insurance needs. This position will also provide administrative support to the office by answering and directing incoming phone calls and assisting with scheduling and preparation of meetings.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, as well as CRM software and imaging experience is preferred.
