To be nominated for the Bill Brown Award, employees must do at least one of the following: have a high standard of customer service or behind-the-scenes service support, go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer and build relationships, or done something that defines leadership, teamwork, or dedication to the organization or his or her community.
Roxanne Olson is a real estate lender in Walker and has been employed by Bank Forward since April 2006.

Roxanne is such an amazing customer service person for Bank Forward! Often you will see a bouquet of flowers on her desk from her customers thanking her for all she has done. She has always helped out with our extra after-hours activities – parades, picnics, etc. She is truly dedicated to both Bank Forward and the community of Walker.
Larry Werlinger has been employed since March 2012 as an insurance sales agent in Fargo. He has earned two Top Producer awards for Insure Forward.

Her favorite mantra is “Don’t ask a question you can’t handle the answer to,” because she most definitely will find you an answer.
