The mission of Forward Foundation is to enhance the lives of children in our communities.
Your entire donation stays local
Forward Foundation, founded in 2012, serves children, their families, and organizations that benefit children in communities served by Bank Forward, Insure Forward, Invest Forward and Tax Forward exclusively. One hundred percent of contributions go to the children or organizations served by Forward Foundation.
Forward Foundation Online Auction Coming in 2021!
The Forward Foundation will be holding its biennial auction again this year!
One hundred percent of the proceeds from our online and silent auctions, held every two years, will directly benefit the children and organizations we serve. Forward Foundation serves children and their families in Bank Forward trade areas exclusively.
The next Online Auction will take place in November of 2021! For more information contact your local Bank, Insure, Invest or Tax Forward office or email us at email@example.com.

If you know a child or organization that could benefit and is in a trade area served by Bank Forward, please download and complete our Application Form and Media Release Form and email both to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Eligibility Guidelines & Requirements for Receiving Funds
All applications/referrals are reviewed by committee. Information provided for review will be held in the highest regard of confidentiality. Funding preference is extended to those who meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Not all applications submitted will be funded.
- The recipient is under 18 years of age OR the recipient is a community group or organization that benefits children under 18 years of age, AND
- The recipient resides in or is based in trade areas served by Bank, Insure, Invest, or Tax Forward.

Forward Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to Forward Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Consult your tax advisor for more information. Forward Foundation provides a year-end receipt to all donors who provide contact information. Donations made at fundraising events, bake sales, etc. will not receive a receipt.
