Bank Forward is excited to introduce our newest way for you to stay connected and on top of your finances – our new Mobile Banking app!

Handle your banking business anywhere and anytime you have your phone. With our new app for Apple’s iPhone or iPad and Android users, you will be able to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, make deposits, and find the nearest Bank Forward location or surcharge-free Bank Forward or MoneyPass ATMs. We are also excited to add our new Mobile Deposit service – now you can deposit checks simply by using our app and the camera on your smartphone. Get your checks into your account quickly - no more special trips or waiting for mail delivery.

You can also use the browser on your phone or any internet device to access your online banking through our website www.bankforward.com.

E-Statements

GO GREEN!

Bank Forward now offers free E-Statements online - replacing your paper statements and / or notices. They contain exactly the same information as your paper statement, including your check images. You will also receive any notices that you currently receive in the mail, such as notices on your checking, savings, certificate or loan accounts, and you can view your documents for the past 12 months. You will be notified by email that your statements and notices are ready in your Online Banking account to be viewed, printed, downloaded or saved to your computer!

To receive E-Statements, you will need:

  • Bank Forward’s Online Banking; if you are not enrolled, click here to sign up.
  • Internet access that supports 128-bit encryption
  • A personal email address for the primary owner on the account
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view your statements

It’s easy to sign up!

  • Log into your Bank Forward Online Banking account - select “User Options”
  • Confirm that we have the correct email address on your account. If we have no email address listed for the primary owner on the account, you may need to contact your local Bank Forward branch.
  • Scroll down to the “E-Statement Enrollment” section, and select the accounts you wish to receive paperless statements and notices.
  • View the disclosures, check to indicate that you have reviewed them and click on “Accept”.

You are all set to begin receiving E-Statements! If you change your mind, you may make changes to your E-Statement options at any time through your Online Banking account

You may access the Error Notice About Your Electronic Transfer, your Billing Rights Summary or the disclosure on How Finance Charges are Computed. These notices were previously included on the reverse side of your statement. You may also access the E-Statement Terms of Use to review the specific information on our E-Statement service.
