Bank Forward now offers free E-Statements online - replacing your paper statements and / or notices. They contain exactly the same information as your paper statement, including your check images. You will also receive any notices that you currently receive in the mail, such as notices on your checking, savings, certificate or loan accounts, and you can view your documents for the past 12 months. You will be notified by email that your statements and notices are ready in your Online Banking account to be viewed, printed, downloaded or saved to your computer!
To receive E-Statements, you will need:
- Bank Forward’s Online Banking; if you are not enrolled, click here to sign up.
- Internet access that supports 128-bit encryption
- A personal email address for the primary owner on the account
- Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view your statements
It’s easy to sign up!
- Log into your Bank Forward Online Banking account - select “User Options”
- Confirm that we have the correct email address on your account. If we have no email address listed for the primary owner on the account, you may need to contact your local Bank Forward branch.
- Scroll down to the “E-Statement Enrollment” section, and select the accounts you wish to receive paperless statements and notices.
- View the disclosures, check to indicate that you have reviewed them and click on “Accept”.
You are all set to begin receiving E-Statements! If you change your mind, you may make changes to your E-Statement options at any time through your Online Banking account

Important changes to Personal Online Banking
Feb. 15, 2017
On February 15, 2017, our Personal Online Banking system was updated providing users with a more intuitive online banking experience. The new responsive design allows users to have the same experience across multiple devices, including tablets and smart phones. Features include the ability to customize which accounts are available on the home page as well as view the most recent transactions from the home page. All the functionality you are used to such as adding and managing internal transactions, paying bills, viewing statements, and managing alerts continue to be available and are easy to use. We recommend that users utilize one of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 10 or 11, Chrome (current version), Firefox (current version), Safari version 7.0+, or Safari for iOS version 7.0+.

What is my Username? Where do I enter my AccessID?
Your Username and AccessID are the same. The terminology changed from AccessID to Username to be consistent with what is used in the tech industry. Your Username and password should be entered in the Online Banking Login box on our homepage,
Can I view the checks in my deposits?
Yes, you can! Click on the deposit you wish to view and you will see the image of the deposit ticket. Select View Entire Deposit in the bottom right corner to populate a list of available items to view. If there are multiple checks, select the item you wish to view and click on the green arrow.
What if I do not know the answer to the challenge question?
If you are unable to answer the question to proceed to your account, return to the homepage of our website and log in again. The system should give you a different challenge question. Once you are logged in, click on Profile in the upper right corner to view your answers or change them. If you are unable to answer the questions, please contact your local branch or 1-877-689-1783 for assistance.
When I export All Transactions, I get transactions dating back to 2013. How do I prevent this from happening again?
Utilize other date range options such as Current Statement, Previous Statement, or Since Last Download. If you only need to export transactions from a specific date range, choose Custom Date Range and choose the dates. Choosing All Transactions to export gives you all transactions which could date back to 2013.
When I print my transactions, I get more pages than I need.
f you need transactions from a specific range of dates, choose the dates needed on the right side under Search Transactions, select Switch to Range, then choose your Start Date and End Date. The options of Current Statement and Previous Statement are not available when printing transactions. Another option is to choose File from the menu bar, Print Preview; this will allow you to see what transactions show on a particular page. Then you may choose the pages you want to print.
Where do I go to view an image of a check?
Click on the account that the check is drawn on. On the transactions page of the account, select the Categorize menu option. Next, click on the Go to Advance Search link. This will populate an area where you can enter in the check number or a range of check numbers. Select View Transactions and the check number will show up below in a hyperlink. Click on the hyperlink to view the image of the check.
Where do I find my E-Statements?
In the account you wish to view, select Documents in the menu, and then choose Checking e-statement as the document type and submit. A list of all available statements will appear for you to open.
