I’m a customer service agent in commercial insurance. I have a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation and am licensed for property and casualty insurance in both MN and ND. My team has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which creates great mentors and friendships. Insurance is constantly evolving which requires continued education and learning something new each day.
The best part of my job is getting to know customers and their needs. That enables me to better service their accounts and helps to retain their business. I started working for Insure Forward in 2012 and graduated from MSUM with a Bachelor’s degree in business and management.
Out of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. We love to be outdoors; hunting, fishing, and canoeing.
